Combo 1Combination classes are a great way for dancers to try multiple styles of dance while meeting people and having fun in an exciting new learning environment. Our 45-minute Combo 1 classes provide an introduction to dance, teaching the basics of ballet and tap. Dancers will learn how to follow a teacher, the importance of taking turns, their right from left, and work on improving their coordination and balance skills. While these classes are geared toward dancers ages 3-6, older dancers are welcome.
Black tap shoes & pink ballet shoes are needed for girls. Leotard and tights with shorts or skirt is preferred. Hair up and no dangling jewelry. Boys can wear a tight fitted shirt and basketball shorts with black tap & ballet shoes. |
Tiny TumblersThis 30-minute class is perfect for children ages 4-7. This class offers an introduction to the fundamentals of tumbling that will provide the building blocks and knowledge of the basics necessary for our Acro I class.
Leotard is REQUIRED for this class for girls as a teacher will be spotting the dancers. Boys can wear a tight fitted shirt and basketball shorts. No shoes. |
BalletBallet technique is a super important foundation of dance. Our ballet classes provide a solid introduction to correct body placement and alignment, proper use of turnout, coordination of the upper body and use of arms. Our ballet teacher is classically trained and teaches Vaganova (Russian). From the beginner to experienced dancer, class begins with work at the barre to build strength and coordination, followed by center exercises, such as adagio, petite allegro (small jumps), grand allegro, and reverence. Students with strong ballet technique, sufficient core strength, and proper ankle strength and alignment, dancers may be recommended to study en pointe. Maturity, attendance, commitment, and work ethic play a significant role in consideration for pointe. Instructor approval is required.
Pink tights, pink ballet shoes (leather or canvas), and black leotard are needed for ballet. Hair should be out of the face in a bun. Boys can wear black basketball shorts and a tight fitted shirt with black ballet shoes. |
TapTap dance is rhythmical sounds emphasized by the taps on the dancer’s shoes. Our tap classes include technique, terminology, and combinations of simple and complex rhythms. Dancers will learn about rhythm tap and Broadway tap while improving their musicality, balance, and strength.

JazzIf you are looking for a fun way to get some energy out while improving dance technique, our jazz classes are the perfect fit! Technical elements, such as jumps, turns, and kicks are the main focus of this genre. Through learning new combinations, this is a great upbeat and choreographically driven class for both the beginner and experienced dancer.
Dancers can wear anything moveable, however, a leotard and tights or leggings is preferred for girls. Boys can wear a tight fitted shirt and basketball shorts. Black jazz shoes will be needed for both girls and boys. |
Acro DanceAcro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with the floor part of gymnastics. Beginner and experienced dancers are welcome as we offer three different levels for dancers ages 6-up. Classes focus on proper hand placement and body alignment, with a goal to increase flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and endurance.
Girls are REQUIRED to wear a leotard for acro classes. Boys can wear a tight fitted shirt and basketball shorts. No shoes will be needed for this class. |
Hip HopDo you want to hang out with friends and learn fun, energetic dances to popular music? Dancers will learn basic hip hop technique and other cool tricks and moves. We are YPAD certified, meaning music and movements are all age appropriate and kid-friendly, including our hip hop classes!
Dancers can wear anything moveable. Black sneakers are needed as well. |
LyricalLyrical is the blending of ballet and jazz techniques that uses popular music and provides a modern twist on classic movement while expressing the lyrics of the songs. Dancers should have at least one-year of ballet.
Dancers should wear a leotard and tights and will need half soles for lyrical. |
